BARBECUE TIME WILL BE HERE BEFORE WE KNOW IT!!!  If you haven’t already done so, mark your calendars NOW for Friday, October 3, 2008!  That’s the date for our 14th Annual Barbecue!!  And if you haven’t asked for a vacation day from work, please consider doing so.  Cornerstone asks that you tithe ONE DAY OF VACATION each year as a way to give back to your church for all the blessings you’ve received here!  Plan to join the Barbecue Team!!

Please note that we will not have a Second Sunday Fellowship Meal in July.

Please mark your calendars now for Sunday afternoon, August 10, 2008.  That will be our Second Sunday Fellowship Meal, at which time we will honor Pastor Jimmie Melton!  Please plan now to stay after church for a covered dish luncheon.

There is a need for some wooden rocking chairs to be placed in the back of the sanctuary.  Do you have one you could donate?  This would enable parents of babies to stay in the sanctuary during worship. Please contact Jimmie Melton if you have questions. UPDATE:  one has been donated.  Still need one more . . . .
