Thinking about visiting Cornerstone?

Walking into a church for the first time can be intimidating ...

If you’ve never been to worship at a church, you may have no idea what to expect!

Even if you’ve been to a church before, you may not know how Cornerstone does things – and - you may not know anyone at Cornerstone.

If you would like to visit with Cornerstone for worship, please feel free to just show up for worship – or – to fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form to the right. Our pastor or one of our staff members can help introduce you to our community of faith.
Here are some commonly asked questions:

Will people be at the door to greet me – or – can I simply walk in anonymously?
At Cornerstone, we believe hospitality is one of the greatest gifts we can share with our community. We will greet you at the door just as we would welcome a guest into our homes. We want to make sure you feel at home and won’t have to worry about finding the bathroom or the nursery. But, we know that not everyone who walks into our doors has the same reason for showing up! We hope we can provide you with a safe and sacred place to encounter the living God.

What should I wear?
You may be wondering what you should wear when you visit Cornerstone. Feel free to show up in jeans and your favorite shirt – or –your Sunday best, whatever makes you comfortable. On a typical Sunday, most people at Cornerstone are dressed casually.

Will there be a place for my child while I’m in worship?
Yes. You and your school-age children are welcome to sit together in worship. Infants and toddlers are welcome in our nursery, where caretakers provide activities that help the children make friends, and provide care for infants who may need to be held.

Will there be an opportunity to meet the Pastor and other staff?
Yes! Every Sunday, the Pastor will be available after worship to talk with visitors and newcomers. Some weeks, we may simply get to know one another. Other weeks, we may have a guided Bible study. Every week, you are welcome to come, ask questions, share prayer requests, and stay as long as you like!
