Session Meeting Highlights
May 15 2008

~Expressed appreciation to the Callahan’s for their contribution of a portable sound system and five CD players for us in homebound ministry, and to Pat and Carolyn Baker for their contribution of a rocking chair for our new mommies to use;

~Welcomed Amy Waller, bookkeeper, who shared information on understanding the monthly financial report;

~Approved for Jim McPhatter to order 144 personalized coffee mugs as part of our outreach;

~Discussed our need for 1) a team to lead the BBQ; 2) volunteers for nursery; and 3) an acting clerk to fill in for Bessie Layton when she is working

~Received reports from all standing and special committees.

~Discussed the importance of children in Grades 4 and above worshipping with the church family instead of going to CLICK with the younger children.
